Read the official terms governing Tinyo, including Apple Music requirements, software use, content responsibilities, and product availability.

## Terms of Service · Updated October 7, 2026

Welcome to Tinyo. Please read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice before using Tinyo.

## The Service

Tinyo provides music discovery, playback, favorites, sharing, and profile features using Apple Music. Available features are determined by the released version of the app.
Tinyo does not provide its own music catalog or audio files. Full-track playback and music content are provided by Apple Music and are subject to Apple’s subscription, regional, and authorization requirements.

## Accounts

Tinyo uses Sign in with Apple to establish an account. You must use an account you are authorized to use and may not impersonate another person, bypass security checks, or interfere with the service.

## Acceptable Use

- Do not infringe copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Do not copy, download, or distribute music without authorization.
- Do not attack, disrupt, or abuse Tinyo services or interfaces.
- Do not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

## Third-Party Services

Apple Music, Sign in with Apple, Microsoft Azure, optional PostHog analytics, and system sharing are provided by third parties and are governed by their terms. If a third-party service is unavailable, some Tinyo features may also be unavailable.

## Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from Profile. After deletion succeeds, cloud account information associated with that Tinyo account will be deleted. Local data on your device may need to be removed separately by deleting content or uninstalling the app.

## Changes

Tinyo is still being developed. Features may change for product, security, legal, or third-party service reasons. These Terms may be updated when necessary.
