Help
Availability, requirements, permissions, favorites, sharing, and frequently asked questions.
How do I download Tinyo?
Use this page’s App Store button or QR code on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Public profiles and dynamic playlists will be introduced progressively; availability is shown in the app.
What do I need to use Tinyo?
You need a supported Apple device, an active Apple Music subscription, permission to access Apple Music, and an available internet connection.
Why is Sign in with Apple required?
It establishes and protects your Tinyo account, stores your profile, and supports account recovery. Tinyo does not require another password.
Why does Tinyo need Apple Music access?
Tinyo uses MusicKit for the music catalog and playback. Core playback features cannot work normally without permission.
Why will a song not play?
Check your Apple Music subscription, network connection, Apple Music permission, and whether the song is playable in your current region.
Where are my favorites?
Liked songs appear in Recent Favorites under Library. They are saved locally, backed up to your Tinyo account, and can be exported to a Tinyo Favorites playlist in Apple Music.
Can I share a song?
You can choose to share the current song or a card of recent favorites. On iPhone you may also save the card to Photos to select it in a third-party app; paste the link separately.
How do charts differ from personal favorites?
Hearts save a personal favorite and cast a separate public vote; removing a heart removes the vote. Historical favorites do not backfill. Storefront charts show aggregate votes over 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Who can see a dynamic Favorites playlist?
When this feature is provided, lists default to Public and can be made Private in Me. Private hides the list, not the name or built-in avatar. Saving another person’s playlist stores a live reference, not copied songs or bulk votes.
How do I send feedback?
Support feedback is available before sign-in in Welcome and from your profile. Active submission sends support text, optional email, and necessary metadata; replies are viewed on the original device without automatically attaching listening history or logs.
How do I edit my profile?
Open Profile and select the avatar or profile-editing action to change your display name and built-in Tinyo avatar.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile > Menu > Delete Account, review the notice, and confirm. If deletion fails, check your connection and try again.
